Upper elementary students will take their robotics skills to the next level in this hands-on, engaging program. Using LEGO® SPIKE Prime kits, students will work together to design, build, and code robots that complete a variety of fun and challenging missions. Along the way, they’ll strengthen important skills like problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, and critical thinking. Students will also explore real-world issues through a simple research and innovation project, helping them connect what they build to the world around them.
Program Goals and Objectives:
iGen is dedicated to bridging the ethnic and gender gaps in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) by providing students with hands-on opportunities in computer science and STEAM learning.
