Yoga for kids is a great way for children to learn how to reduce stress, as well as improve concentration, mood, balance, and flexibility. And best of all, kids think yoga is fun! Our skilled instructors use music, stories, imaginative play, and games to introduce yoga to to children of all ages in a fun and age-appropriate way.
In our yoga classes, children will learn yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to help improve body awareness, concentration, and emotional self-regulation skills.
